The Bombay Reserve and Region Information Board was a large-scale environmental signage project for Landcare NSW, completed for Kelly Bourke at Top Shot Printing, Goulburn.
The project required the digital reconstruction of intricate hand-drawn artwork, maps, titles, and educational content for a double-sided information board, along with a range of supporting merchandise including posters, tea towels, greeting cards and mugs. At the heart of the design were beautifully original illustrations by artists Christine Payne and Michael Gill.
The technical core of the project involved rebuilding artwork supplied in multiple scanned sections, most notably the large hand-drawn map on transparent drafting material. This required extensive manual masking, colour correction, aligning, merging and cleanup to ensure continuity across final files while preserving the textural character of the original media.

Managing dense educational information within a fixed large format layout demanded precise typographic control to ensure readability and visual balance.
It was a pleasure to contribute to such a thoughtful and community-focused project that celebrates the Bombay region's wildlife and history.
