Book and pay $75 deposit by 30 Sept 2026 to secure rate. You'll have until 18 Dec 2026 to prepare photos for scanning. Your deposit is credited toward the final cost. Murwillumbah drop off & collection by appointment at agreed location.

Preparing your photographs

Remove all photos from albums, frames and sleeves

Sort into groups of matching sizes.

Loose and neatly stacked.

Reasonably flat and suitable for automatic feeding.

Free from glue, sticky tape or paper stuck to the back

Front side only - 2nd side quoted on request.

No file naming is included.

Supply neatly stacked in a box or resealable bags.

Please note

Photos that cannot safely pass through the bulk scanner (e.g. damaged, curled, oversized or unusual shapes) will be put aside and quoted separately.
