Bel Proof was established by Belinda Coleman, a graphic designer and production specialist with over 30 years of experience navigating the complex space between design concepts and final output.
Having spent a career in finished art, book formatting, and prepress, Belinda created Bel Proof to be the dedicated technical partner businesses and creators need when the stakes are high. Today, she acts as the lead eyes on every project, ensuring that no file leaves the desk until it is structurally sound and ready for the real world.
Alongside her professional file preparation, formatting and publishing work through Bel Proof, Belinda also has a long-standing interest in personal history, family legacy projects, meaningful memorabilia and manuscript design for authors. Under the name Designed by Bel, she creates family history books, personal legacy books and keepsake projects that help people preserve stories, photographs, manuscripts and important memories in a lasting, beautiful format. It is a personal side of her work, but it draws on the same skills, such as careful image handling, thoughtful layout, clear structure and respect for the material being entrusted to her.
