Bel Proof will review them for brand consistency (if required) and production risks, then provide a prioritised fix list or apply the required corrections within the scope before delivering the final files with clear notes and recommendations.

What type of files can you check?
PDF is ideal for a prepress check. I can also review working files (Microsoft Word, InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop packaged files) when needed, especially for complex jobs like signage, packaging or multi-asset campaigns.
Can you check large format signage and billboards?
Yes, I'll check sizing, safe areas, image resolution at scale and export settings so the artwork reproduces cleanly at final size.
Do you only report issues or can you fix them too?
Either. I can provide a prioritised fix list for your team or apply the fixes myself and return a corrected, production-ready PDF. I'll confirm scope before the work starts.
Can you create a print-ready PDF from my working files?
Yes. If you send your working files (e.g. InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop plus linked assets and fonts where required), I can export a print-ready PDF to suit your printer or sign shop's specs. If you don't have specs, I'll export to standard industry settings and flag anything that needs confirmation (size, colour requirements, finishes, etc.)
Can you create print-ready PDF from my Microsoft Word file?
Yes. If you send your Word file, I can convert it to a print-ready PDF to suit your printer specs or standard industry settings.
Will this ensure my printer/sign shop accepts the files?
It significantly reduces the risk, but acceptance can still depend on a supplier's specific requirements. If you have their specs, send them through and I'll check against those, or prepare the file to common industry standards and flag anything that needs confirmation.
Do you provide proofreading services as well?
Proofreading is not part of the standard Bel Proof Service, which focuses on formatting, file fixing and production-ready output. If proofreading is needed, it can be arranged before the final design or production stage so the project stays on track.
