This service is for designs that are complete but not yet technically suitable for production. Bel Proof can correct files that have been rejected, supplied at the wrong size, resolution or format, exported poorly, become inconsistent through repeated edits or need conversion from Word, PowerPoint, Canva, AI-generated artwork* or another designer's file into a reliable print or digital output.

Bel Proof repairs technical and layout issues while preserving the intended design, correcting elements such as fonts, images, transparency, bleed, spacing, alignment and colour. Files can also be resized, converted or rebuilt for different print and digital outputs, including packaging dielines, specialty finishes, book cover spreads with spines, supplier variations and production-ready files created from Adobe applications, Word, Canva or other source formats. AI-generated artwork prepared for professional print, including enlargement, cleanup, colour correction and scalable vectorisation or redrawing where required.* *True scalability may require vectorisation or manual redrawing, depending on the quality and complexity of the original file.

Send through your files along with any printer or supplier feedback/specifications. Bel Proof will assess the issues, confirm the required scope, then fix, convert or rebuild the files as needed before delivering production-ready outputs with brief handover notes where applicable.

Yes. This service is focused on technical fixing and production conversion. The original design intent stays intact, with only necessary changes made to make the file usable and compliant.
A design or redesign service is also available if the file needs more than technical fixing.
What if I don't know what the printer needs?
Send what you have. If there are no supplier specs, we'll prepare the file to common production standards and flag anything that needs confirmation.
Can you create a print-ready PDF from my working files?
Yes. If you send the working files and linked assets, we can export a print-ready PDF to suit your printer/sign shop specs, or to standard settings if specs are unavailable.
Do you work with Word and Canva files too?
Yes, Word and Canva files can be cleaned up and converted into reliable PDFs for professional output. If the file has ongoing formatting issues, a template rebuild may be a better long-term solution.
Do you handle image issues as part of file fixing?
Yes, where the issue affects production quality or output. This may include resolution problems, cropping, basic cleanup and export optimisation. For full image editing and restoration work click here.
Will this ensure my printer/sign shop accepts the files?
It significantly reduces the risk, but final acceptance still depends on a supplier's specific requirements. If their specs are available, the file can be checked against them. If not, it can be prepared to common industry standards, with any possible issues flagged before production.
Do you provide graphic design services?
Yes. Graphic design support is available where a project needs more than technical fixing and formatting. This may include refinement, branded collateral, print design, publication design or redesign work to create a more polished, professional result.
